Push cart at Heartland mall (kovan MRT)

Dear ladies,

I will be selling my items at Kovan Heartland mall (Kovan MRT), Level 1, Infront of Venezia Ice cream stall(near the main entrance). I will be here until 25 October.Do drop by and visit my pushcart. I will also be selling items that are not shown in any of my post. Thanks!

Please note that all feathers used in any of my product are sanitised and steamed. I import my feathers from trustworthy source and therefore its the best of what you can get.

I am proud to say that my quality of hairbands,hairclips or broach are of a better quality than those you find in malls. The reason being those in the malls are usually mass-produced items.I do not repeat my designs unless there are request for it to be done and also to the availability of my materials.

After care services could be done depending on the how serious the damge of your item is. Usually I would not mind doing minor repairs to your items when I see that there is the need to. However, I will not be liable on any negligence on your part. Therefore please keep your items in a safe location to prolong its life-span.

To purchase the items...

Simply email to me at murasaki.collection@gmail.com with:-
-Your name
-Valid email address
-Valid Handphone number
-Name of the item and the date of the post.

-You would receive an acknowledgement email together with a POSB Savings account number.
-Other form of payment may be discussed within the email upon request.
-If you didnt receive the acknowledgement email within 3 days, please resend your order as the email may be lost or unreached.

-Please make your payment within 24 hours after receiving the acknowledgement email.

-For your benefit, please inform me if there were to be any changes in your order.

How to receive your order

-Registered Postage can be done.
-Please rest assure that I will take every precaution in ensuring that your items reach you in it's best form.
-Self collection is also possible within my availability. However do note that you have to inform me in advance in your email when you order your item.
-For surprise orders like birthday, mother's day or any other occassion, I am able to wrap it up in a lovely giftbox with a small gift tag at a minimal fee.
-Please feel free to email me for any special request and I will do my best to in meeting ur expectation.

Terms and condition

-All merchandise will be posted after payment is received.
-Refunds are not allowed after payment is received.
-I will not be responsible for any damage or lost items caused by Singpost.
-Do note that colour of items you receive might vary a little due to lightings, monitor colour resolution, etc.
-Please note that I will not be held responsible if there were to be any typing error in the order form. Therefore it is important to read the final confirmation email carefully.
-In regards to any disputes, I reserve the right to make the final decision.
-I will only entertain serious buyers.
