I am proud to say that my quality of hairbands,hairclips or broach are of a better quality than those you find in malls. The reason being those in the malls are usually mass-produced items.I do not repeat my designs unless there are request for it to be done and also to the availability of my materials.

After care services could be done depending on the how serious the damge of your item is. Usually I would not mind doing minor repairs to your items when I see that there is the need to. However, I will not be liable on any negligence on your part. Therefore please keep your items in a safe location to prolong its life-span.

-Your name
-Valid email address
-Valid Handphone number
-Name of the item and the date of the post.

-You would receive an acknowledgement email together with a POSB Savings account number.
-Other form of payment may be discussed within the email upon request.
-If you didnt receive the acknowledgement email within 3 days, please resend your order as the email may be lost or unreached.

-For your benefit, please inform me if there were to be any changes in your order.

How to receive your order

-Registered Postage can be done.
-Please rest assure that I will take every precaution in ensuring that your items reach you in it's best form.
-Self collection is also possible within my availability. However do note that you have to inform me in advance in your email when you order your item.
-For surprise orders like birthday, mother's day or any other occassion, I am able to wrap it up in a lovely giftbox with a small gift tag at a minimal fee.
-Please feel free to email me for any special request and I will do my best to in meeting ur expectation.
