- This site features both my handmade collection and imported items.To know what sort of seller I am, you're advised to spend time reading through what I have written.I have so far sold more than 50 over customised products. The customers who ordered includes brides,stage performer, customer who needed something different to attend a function,etc.

Each designs are shaped and mastered to be an individual. No two pieces of my work are the same.
I take pride in the quality of my work.Every cent you pay goes to the quality of material I use and the time and effort put into the product.I am a perfectionist and therefore rest assure that what you get is what I have made sure is the best of the best.

Please note that all feathers used in any of my product are sanitised and steamed. I import my feathers from trustworthy source and therefore its the best of what you can get.

I am proud to say that my quality of hairbands,hairclips or broach are of a better quality than those you find in malls. The reason being those in the malls are usually mass-produced items.I do not repeat my designs unless there are request for it to be done and also to the availability of my materials.

After care services could be done depending on the how serious the damge of your item is. Usually I would not mind doing minor repairs to your items when I see that there is the need to. However, I will not be liable on any negligence on your part. Therefore please keep your items in a safe location to prolong its life-span.

Every piece of imported items are of the best quality. I check through the quality of the product before selling them. Please note that if there is any problem with the items when you recieve,email me the moment you recieve your product.I will take the liberty to ensure that your items are safely secured and are protected from damage. Do read the terms and conditions carefully before your purchase. Feel free to email me if u are unsure of anything.

-Name of the item and the date of the post.

-You would receive an acknowledgement email together with a POSB Savings account number.
-Other form of payment may be discussed within the email upon request.
-If you didnt receive the acknowledgement email within 3 days, please resend your order as the email may be lost or unreached.
-Please make your payment within 24 hours after receiving the acknowledgement email.
-For your benefit, please inform me if there were to be any changes in your order.

-For surprise orders like birthday, mother's day or any other occassion, I am able to wrap it up in a lovely giftbox with a small gift tag at a minimal fee.
-Please feel free to email me for any special request and I will do my best to in meeting ur expectation.
-Please rest assure that I will take every precaution in ensuring that your items reach you in it's best form.
